My workflows weren’t triggering (after them having no issues previously), went ahead and restarted but it’s been stuck on “in progress” for over an hour - I try to submit a ticket but it wants to send a code to our registered email which never comes through. Not sure what to do as we have a load of workflows inactive now and no active n8n space
Can you check execution state and logs? Perhaps share it?

Hi @realt78, the verification code form is the wrong path when your space is locked — email help@n8n.io directly with your instance URL and account email, that bypasses the broken 2FA ticket flow and gets a human on it fastest. also check status.n8n.cloud, “stuck on restart” past 30min usually means the underlying pod is wedged on their side and only support can kick it. once you’re back, drop in this tiny self-ping so you catch the next stall early:
swap the url for any always-on workflow webhook, failures mean the worker stalled.
