Why does my community edition continue to be "deregistered"

I’ve registered the community edition when I first installed it in june 2025. then around dec 2025 I noticed it was no longer registered. I tried using the old license key, I kept getting an error. I tried to request a new license key and get an error. I ended up deleting my docker container and redownloading it, that helped, I was able to request a license key and get it registered, and then a couple days ago, it was no longer registered, (I realized when I no longer had access to the features I was using).

I tried the docker container delete trick, but that didn’t work.

What is the error message (if any)?

Failed to register community edition: getaddrinfo EAI_AGAIN enterprise.n8n.io

thanx for the quick response. /nome/node.n8n is mounted (-v in my podman command)

I have reached out to support waiting for a response. ran n8n for about 18 months no issues, and now it keeps unregistering. I’m sure we’ll figure it out.
