Getting Charged w/o Access

Hello, I haven’t been able to access N8N and I sent an email to support, yet I’ve still been charged for a few months now.

I haven’t automated any tasks of any sort, I’m hoping I can potentially get a refund or at least gain access to my N8N.

I’m sorry you’re having some issues. What is impeding the access to your account? Do you see any error when you try to access it?

Do you want to send me your username and email address linked to the instance with issues in a private message and we can look at what is happening in the background?
